About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our team, working on high-quality commercial furniture and bespoke joinery projects. This role involves producing intricate, design-led pieces for hospitality, leisure, retail, and corporate environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of carpentry and joinery tasks.

• Manufacture bespoke joinery items including bars, banquette seating, wall panelling, reception desks, and detailed cabinetry.

• Work confidently from technical drawings, CAD plans, and architect specifications.

• Produce accurate, high-quality components using traditional joinery skills, hand tools, and modern machinery.

• Handle complex designs, curved forms, premium materials, and intricate detailing.

• Assemble and finish products to a commercial-grade standard, ready for installation.

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all health & safety procedures.

• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

 

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• Time served bench joiner with proven experience, ideally within commercial or bespoke furniture environments. - Solid surface - Laminating - Counter set up

• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight tolerances.

• Competent with woodworking machinery, power tools, and CNC-assisted processes.

• Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Experience:
